To Neville, these verses reveal that the statutes and laws are not distant commands but inner structures of consciousness. The LORD is the I AM within you, and the hand of Moses stands for your deliberate use of imagination to fashion a world in accord with awareness. Sinai is the awakening moment when you realize you are the ground of your experience, not its victim. The covenant is a living pattern you establish in mind and feeling; when you accept that these laws are already established within you, you stop seeking permission outside and begin acting from inner certainty. Your task is to align thought, feeling, and imagination with the end you seek, revising lack into fullness and affirming that the state desired is your natural state. In this light, obedience becomes fidelity to the inner decree that you are consciousness expressing as form. Dwell long enough in that awareness and the outer world will rearrange itself to mirror the inner statutes you now keep.
