Inner Destruction Of High Places

Leviticus 26:30 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Leviticus 26 in context

Scripture Focus

30And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
Leviticus 26:30

Biblical Context

God declares He will destroy your high places and images, and He will cast the corpses of your idols away, declaring abhorrence. The message is that idol worship and its places must be removed from consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

The Leviticus verse speaks to your inner landscape. The high places are the elevated beliefs you trust for security, the images are the mental pictures you worship, and the carcasses are the death of those old states when their hold is broken. When the I AM within says it will destroy them, it is not violence but a conversion of consciousness. To worship truly is to align with the inner temple of I AM, not to yield to any statue your mind has raised. As you revise and feel it real that lack, fear, and limitation are not your reality, those idols lose power and collapse. The inner act of destruction is your decisive turn from external idols to your true self. Abhorrence here means the inner disowning of the old self and the welcoming of a living I AM that remains untouched by idols, free to create anew.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare I AM the only reality. See the high places and their images dissolving into dust and let the new I AM state stand where they stood.
