Inner Sabbath Abundance
Leviticus 25:6-7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Leviticus 25 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse describes a sabbath of the land that serves as sustenance for you, your servant, your guest, and even the animals. It presents the harvest as nourishment shared with all within your circle.
Neville's Inner Vision
Think of the land's sabbath not as a calendar sanction but as a state of consciousness in which supply flows freely to all who appear in your life. In this inner economy, increase is an inner movement of well-being that does not exclude, but multiplies the capable and the dependent alike. When you awaken to the I AM that you are, awareness, you discover that you are the ground on which every harvest manifests. The servant, the stranger, the cattle—these are not separate persons but projections of your universal self receiving nourishment from the same abundance. The verse teaches that the rest of the land feeds every voice and creature; so in your mind, rest in the sense of wholeness nourishes your body, your relationships, and your work. Do not chase after forms; rather, assume the end already done, feel the quiet fullness of the land's rest flowing through you, and watch as the seeming needs of others appear satisfied in your experience. You are the operative imagination; the covenant loyalty is sustained by your fidelity to this inner provision.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the feeling that the land's sabbath is already here in you; imagine the harvest flowing to all who live with you, including the animals. Feel gratitude as you know the inner provision nourishes every relationship.
