Accessing Inner Holiness Now

Leviticus 22:3 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Leviticus 22 in context

Scripture Focus

3Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
Leviticus 22:3

Biblical Context

The verse warns that anyone who approaches what is sacred while spiritually unclean will be cut off from the LORD's presence; inner state determines access to holiness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider the verse as a mirror of your own consciousness. The command does not punish a distant offender but guards the integrity of your awareness. 'Uncleanness' is not a stain upon a person stamped by history; it is a habit of thought that tells you you are apart from the I AM. Presence is not a place you visit; it is your very being, the I AM within you. To go unto the holy things with such a beliefs is to deny your own reality and shut the gate to spiritual sight. The seed of your generations represents the totality of your being; when you feel unworthy you unplug from the eternal, and you cut yourself off from the living presence. The remedy is not to obey more rules but to revise from within: assume you are already clean, that your mind is a temple where the Presence abides, and hold that assumption until it feels true. When you dwell in that assumption, the sense of separation dissolves and you walk freely in the sanctuary of your own I AM.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, affirm 'I AM holy now,' and feel the Presence saturate every part of you. Revise the sense of uncleanness until you know you are one with the LORD within.
