To the awakened ear, this verse is not a list of external rules but a call to guard the inner life. Blood here is Life-energy circulating in your own awareness. Do not mingle that life with fear, superstition, or the drama of enchantment, for to feed on such fiction is to dull the I AM that animates you. The prohibitions on eating blood and on devices of omen reveal a stance: holiness is separation from debt to the senses that cheat you into believing you are a body moving through random events. You are the I AM imagining; you set the terms of your own reality. When you refuse enchantment and the habit of timing - when to plant a future or 'read' a sign - you reclaim sovereignty. The moment you accept that imagination is the instrument by which all things are made visible, you stop juxtaposing life to fear and superstition. Your daily acts become prayers, and your body becomes a temple where pure consciousness animates form. The law becomes a guide to an inner atmosphere in which you dwell as creator.
