The Inner Land Keeps You

Leviticus 18:28 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Leviticus 18 in context

Scripture Focus

28That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.
Leviticus 18:28

Biblical Context

Leviticus 18:28 warns that defiling the land will cause it to spit you out, just as it spit out the nations before you. The message points to a covenant of inner purity that maintains divine order in your consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Imagine the land as your inner atmosphere, your present state of awareness. When you allow defilement through fear guilt or resentment you invite the land to spew you out, to reject that vibration. The nations that were before you are the earlier states of consciousness you already left behind by rising in imagination; they exist no longer unless you return to them. The command becomes an invitation to inner alignment: you are the I AM experiencing this life; keep the field clean by assuming you are already in harmony with your life. If a thought of unworthiness arises, revise it in the present tense: I am whole, I am holy, I am in right relation with my life. Feel this reality as if it is true now. Through such a constant assumption of wholeness, the inner land remains receptive, and you do not become unbearable to your own divine field; you dwell within God in every moment.

Practice This Now

Assume you are the land now and say I am in harmony with my life. Feel it real for a minute and watch your inner weather shift.
