Lamentations 3:55-58

Biblical Context

The speaker cries from a low place and is heard. The Presence draws near, dissolving fear and redeeming life.

Neville's Inner Vision

I tell you, the dungeon you fear is only a state of consciousness you have forgotten you are. When you call upon thy name—the I AM, the living awareness within—you awaken the Presence that has always already answered. The 'low dungeon' is your momentary belief in separation; the 'Lord' you invoke is the I AM who stands as your own awareness, ready to draw near. Hear the voice that says 'Thou hast heard my voice' because you have turned your attention to the God within. Do not beg for mercy; revise by assuming the truth that you are already held in the arms of God now. The command 'Fear not' is not a distant instruction but a declaration you make on sight of your own inner state. 'Thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul' becomes your inner counsel, the imagination that advocates for your life, not against you. When you accept this, 'thou hast redeemed my life' translates into outer conditions shifting to reflect your renewed consciousness. This is the simple art: you are the I AM imagining the world into being.

Practice This Now

Assume you are already in the arms of the I AM. Feel the near Presence, and dwell there until fear dissolves and life is redeemed.
