See this verse as a mirror of your inner state. The land that is destroyed is the field of your thoughts and desires; the marching army and the grasshopper multitude are the habitual fears and lack thoughts that crowd your awareness. In Neville’s psychology, every outer event arises from a state of consciousness. When you believe you are divided from abundance, you witness ruin; when you remember you are the I AM, the awareness that never departs, your inner field begins to heal. Begin to revise by assuming a new state of plenty—safety, nourishment, and continuity of life. Feel the land turning green again, the flocks beginning to multiply, the wells refilled, not by force of circumstance but by the revision of your inner expectation. Persist in that assumption until it becomes your felt reality; the external scene will align with your inner conviction. Deliverance is the natural result of a mind steadfast in the I AM, restoring sovereignty over its own inner economy.
