Judges 19:26-27 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse depicts a woman arriving at the dawn and falling at the door, and the husband opening the doors in the morning to find her at the threshold.
Neville's Inner Vision
Imagine the dawn in your own consciousness as a turning point where a neglected part of you returns to the inside of your house. The woman at the door is a facet of self longing to be seen; the threshold is the boundary where old conditioning yields to a new light. The man who opens the doors is your I AM, the awareness that can greet any piece of you with mercy, and to move you forward in unity. When you understand that outer events mirror inner movements, this moment ceases to be a tragedy and becomes a call to revision: invite the return, tend the vulnerability with steadfast love, and let the light wash the threshold clean. By dwelling in the present act of imagining a whole house—no room excluded—you restore dignity to every part of your being and align your inner tribe. The inner unity you seek is the effect of imagining the self as one kingdom, where dawn arrives only when all rooms are welcomed home.
Practice This Now
Sit quietly, close your eyes, and imagine dawn light entering the doorway of your inner house. Revise the scene by affirming I am whole; no part of me is excluded from the life I am now living.
