Biblical Context
Judges 13:4-6 speaks of a future Nazarite who must abstain from wine and unclean foods, with hair kept uncut, because he will be dedicated to God from the womb and will begin to deliver Israel from the Philistines.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within this account the unborn vow is not an external event but a state of consciousness you can inhabit now. The command to abstain from wine and unclean food is a summons to withdraw from outward appetite and to consecrate the inner soil where images are born. The hair’s uncut status points to keeping sacred the idea in your imagination from the womb of your being. The child who shall deliver Israel represents a breakthrough of liberty already conceived in mind, not a newborn in a cradle. The 'man of God' who terrifies the mother is your own higher awareness, your I AM, appearing as messenger to announce a decree that is already true in your inner realm. Your work is to assume the feeling of that decree, to revise any contrary belief, and to let the image of deliverance take form within you. Do not seek proof in the outer world; feel the inward reality as now present, and the outer signs follow as a natural expression of that inner state.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and declare 'I AM separated unto the one Life.' Then imagine a divine visitor delivering the message of deliverance, and feel the inner state as already accomplished.
