Inner Faith Contention
Jude 1:3-4 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Jude urges believers to defend the true faith of salvation and warns that certain people have crept in to distort grace; the call is to remain faithful and vigilant.
Neville's Inner Vision
Consider the common salvation as a present state of conscious union with the One. The exhortation to contend for the faith is a call to maintain the awareness that the Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ are the I AM you awaken to. The “certain men crept in unawares” are not strangers at the door; they are doubts and appetites within the mind, masquerading as liberty while they sever the life of faith from its source. When grace is turned into lasciviousness, it is not grace at all but misused energy—using spiritual favor to indulge the senses instead of to awaken to your true power. Denying the only Lord God and Jesus Christ occurs the moment you forget your true Self and accept the illusion of separation. Your practice is not outward conformance but inward alignment: stay with the assumption of the state of oneness, feed the inner witness, and refuse the counterfeit authority that claims to possess you. Contend by choosing the I AM as your permanent reality, and watch the outer world bow to the will of the inner faith.
Practice This Now
Assume the state of oneness here and now; revise any sense of separation by repeating ‘I AM with the Lord’ until it feels real. Feel the grace as your present power, not a license to indulgence, but the living strength of your awareness.
