Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, Joshua 3:6-10 is a map of the inner crossing. The ark of the covenant is the living vow—the inner law that you carry as the I AM. The people cross Jordan not by physical force but by turning toward the inner current and letting the divine presence lead. When Joshua commands the priests to stand in the Jordan, he is teaching you to pause your outward activity and honor the inner transitions. The Lord's promise, 'This day will I begin to magnify thee,' is the awakening that your sense of self can be enlarged in the sight of your own awareness; as Moses was with God, so you will be with God—within you. The edge of the water is the boundary between old states and new consciousness; the priests bearing the ark move forward before the people, symbolizing faithful acts of inner perception. Hear the words of the LORD, and know that the living God is among you, ready to drive out fear, doubt, and limitation. The conquest is first within; your liberation follows as the outer sight aligns with the inner I AM.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and imagine carrying the ark of your inner covenant to the Jordan's edge; stand still, feel the inner current yielding, and declare, I AM present, the barrier dissolves.
