Rahab's Land of Faith Inside
Joshua 2:9-11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Joshua 2 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Rahab acknowledges that the LORD has given you the land and that the inhabitants’ fear has fallen on them. She declares that the LORD your God is God in heaven above and earth beneath.
Neville's Inner Vision
Joshua 2:9–11 becomes a map of inner awakening. Rahab’s confession that the LORD has given you the land mirrors the moment when a state of consciousness declares victory over the old fear-kingdom. The inhabitants’ fear melting is not about a distant army; it is the surrender of doubt in the mind that once believed in separation. When you hear, in imagination, of the Lord drying the Red Sea and defeating the kings, you are invited to receive these acts as your own remembered demonstrations. The verse teaches that the God of heaven and earth is the I AM within you, not out there in history. Your present awareness, when aligned with that I AM, makes the land—your desired condition—suddenly real, because the inner dispositions shift and the external scene follows. Do not seek proof in outer events; let the inner alignment be the proof. The fear of the world is simply the memory of separation from God; when you name yourself as the one God, the season of courage returns and your heart melts into confident trust.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are already in possession of your desired condition; feel the land as present, consent to the I AM's ruling, and let fear melt. Rest in that feeling until it becomes your living memory.
