End of Inheritance Division

Joshua 19:51 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Joshua 19 in context

Scripture Focus

51These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing the country.
Joshua 19:51

Biblical Context

Eleazar, Joshua, and tribal heads completed the land division by lot at Shiloh, before the LORD. The ceremony ends the act of dividing the country.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this moment the land is not a map of fields but a map of your states of consciousness. Eleazar, Joshua, and the heads of the tribes are the inner faculties aligned to the divine law; the lot is the universal mechanism by which your awareness assigns function to each inner disposition. Before the LORD at Shiloh, the tabernacle stands as your awakened I AM mind, where all conflicts dissolve into harmony. When they declare the country divided, they signal the resolution of inner dispersions, the unification of scattered impulses into a single covenant life. The feeling of completion comes when you conceive an end-state and live from it, using a definite lot to order your inner faculties. Your faith is not in external maps but in the assumption that the I AM has already completed the work, and you, the sole awareness, stand within it as the country becomes one.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the inner end has already occurred; feel the I AM presence at the door of your inner tabernacle, declaring, It is done. Then, present yourself as one unified consciousness moving in harmony with your desired state.
