'According to their families' reveals that the structure of this kingdom reflects your present beliefs and loyalties; you have settled in certain ways, and those settlements become your inner inheritance. When you allow imagination to reign, you become aware that the land is already yours, because God/I AM dwells there. The unity of community and covenant loyalty arises as you regard all parts as inseparable from your one Self, and you treat them with care, building harmony among thoughts, feelings, and actions. Practice: in the stillness, imagine placing yourself in the center of this map, feel the security of each city and its villages, and declare: I am the owner of this inner territory, and I move there now.
