Scripture Focus

9And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy children's for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the LORD my God.
Joshua 14:9

Biblical Context

God's oath declares that the land you have walked on becomes your lasting inheritance because you have wholly followed the LORD. In plain terms, your faithful practice of alignment with God births permanent possession in your inner life.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you the Moses-like decree is a law of mind. The land you have trodden is the states you occupied by the imagination, the very color and texture of your daily inner life. Because you have wholly followed the LORD my God your I AM, you now own this land permanently; the oath is your present state, not a distant future. In Neville's language to inherit is to assume and feel the reality of possession until it harmonizes with every outward sign. Obedience and faithfulness are not outward acts but inner alignment: a steadfast attention to the good, a refusal to concede to impossible pictures. Covenant loyalty becomes your sustained mood of gratitude, trust, and I AM awareness. When you hold the vision and feel it real you will witness the land appear as your experience, such that people, circumstances, opportunities reflect the inner state. The promise of forever is the assurance that this is a fixed law of consciousness, not a whimsical wish.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and stand in imagination on the land you claim, and affirm I now own this land, I AM faithfulness securing my inheritance. Revise all sense of lack with the feeling of possession and dwell in that feeling for a few minutes.
