By lot was their inheritance for nine and a half tribes, with two and a half tribes on the other side Jordan; the Levites received no inheritance among them.
Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, Joshua's tale is not about land but about the states of mind you permit to inhabit your being. The lot, assigned by the Lord through Moses, stands as your act of assumption—the inner decree that a particular state of prosperity is already yours. The nine tribes and the half-tribe are the faculties of your mind: memory, imagination, faith, courage, health, harmony, supply, peace, and unity, each allotted a place by your deliberate choice. Their inheritance is not property but a fixed condition of awareness you permit to dwell within you by a single decree of I AM. The Levites, who receive no lands among them, symbolize those aspects of you whose service is continuous and invisible to the outer eye; their value lies in being the silent ministers of your consciousness, not in possession. Moses, the hand of the Law, represents the discernment by which you organize your thoughts; Jordan crossing marks leaving behind the old world of lack and stepping into the inner land that is always present when you assume it. Remember: your true inheritance is inner, eternal, and governed by your awareness. The rest follows from your state of consciousness.
Practice This Now
Imaginative_act: In the next few minutes, assume the feeling that your desired state is already yours, and softly declare, 'I am abundance now' as the I AM within. Stay with that feeling until it feels real.
