3And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples.
4And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh.
John 6:1-4

Biblical Context

Jesus moves across the Sea of Galilee and sits with his disciples as Passover nears. A crowd follows because they saw the miracles.

Neville's Inner Vision

From Neville's vantage, the sea is the Sea of Consciousness; the crossing is a movement inside, not a geographic voyage. The great multitude is the storm of longing within you, drawn toward the light you awaken as you realize I AM awareness. The miracles are inner movements of alignment—states in which disease recedes because your attention has turned toward the healing power that already resides in you. When Jesus goes up the mountain, this is your rising of consciousness, the quiet place where you listen to the still, small voice of truth. The disciples, gathered there, are the faculties of mind brought into attunement with the one Source. The Passover near is the promise of liberation from old forms, the inner event that rewrites your sense of separation. If you dwell in this inner scene and assume you are already healed, you align your inner state with that healing, and the outward appearances begin to reflect the truth you have chosen. Your sensation of separation dissolves as presence becomes your normal state.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine standing on the mountain of your mind, declaring, 'I am the healing Presence now.' Feel the truth until it radiates outward.
