Read John 3 in context

Scripture Focus

16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:16-17

Biblical Context

John 3:16-17 explains that God loves the world and gave His Son so believers may have eternal life, and that He came to save the world, not condemn it.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this scripture, God is the I AM within you, the living awareness that never dies. The 'world' is the theater of your outside appearances, the shifting thoughts and conditions of your mind. The 'Son' is the image or state of consciousness you trust as true revelation about yourself. When you believe in that inner image—that you are already loved and saved—you enter everlasting life: a continuous, awakened mode of being, regardless of outward conditions. The gift is not punishment avoided but an inner alignment with perfect life. God did not come to condemn from without; He sends the inner savior image to heal your sense of separation by rooting you in present awareness. The verse invites you to let love govern your thoughts and to trust the inner son, dissolving fear and guilt. Salvation becomes the natural fruit of consistently affirming the I AM as your reality, here, now, and always.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling of the I AM as the tender, all-loving presence within; revise any sense of condemnation by silently affirming, 'I am saved now, by the I AM within,' and dwell in that image for a moment.
