The verse invites you to recognize that your state of awareness is the sole librarian of truth—what matters is not what is said about another, but what your inner knowing reveals about the state they are in. When you stop seeking external confirmation and turn inward, you discover that you already know what is in man because you are the living consciousness that contains all. Your discernment is not a judgment on others, but a quiet alignment with the fact that every person’s acts spring from their inner belief; you are free to perceive them from the truth of their being, not the color of their words. Practice attuning your attention to the I AM that already knows, and your waking state will reveal the root moves of people and events with gentleness and clarity.
