Inner Glorification of the Self
John 17:1-5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read John 17 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Jesus prays that the Father will glorify the Son so the Son may glorify the Father. Eternal life is knowing the only true God and Jesus Christ, whom He sent; He has finished the work and asks to be glorified with the glory He had before the world.
Neville's Inner Vision
To you who read, John 17 is an invitation to awaken the one life within. The Father and the Son are not two distant persons but states of consciousness—your I AM. The hour is the moment you choose to identify with the living glory you already are. When Jesus asks to be glorified, he is teaching you to let the I AM reveal through your form; power over all flesh means you master appearances by knowing the One Life within. Eternal life is the realization that you already know the true God; this knowing is not future but present. The glory shared before the world is your timeless self returning to its original splendor by a conscious return to that inner identity. You finished the work the moment you decide to align with that essence. Pray, revise, and dwell in the present glory—your life will follow the inner state you hold. Your world is the echo of your inner state; let your inner glorification be your daily life.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Close your eyes, breathe, and declare I AM the Glory of God now. Imagine you stand in that glory and let it color every thought and action.
