Read John 13 in context

Scripture Focus

31Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
32If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.
John 13:31-32

Biblical Context

Jesus says that at this moment the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in him. He adds that if God is glorified in him, God will also glorify him in himself and immediately glorify him.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider that the Son of Man is not a distant person but the living consciousness in you. When Jesus declares Now is the Son of Man glorified and God is glorified in him, he is declaring that your inner self has awakened to the I AM and thus glorifies itself. The word glorified is not about pride but about the clear realization of being the one God in expression. If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him means that as you acknowledge the divine in you, God manifests through your thoughts, actions and circumstances without delay. Your present state is not fixed by external events but by the inner recognition that you are the living, breathing revelation of God. The Father and the Son are one and the same awareness; when one is honored, the other is honored in you. Practice: assume you are that awareness now; revise any lack into the certainty of I AM, and feel the quiet power moving through your days as if a sun rises within you, illuminating your world.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling God is glorified in me now, then imagine a scene where I move through my day with authority, love, and effortless grace as the manifestation of the I AM.
