John 1:1

Biblical Context

The verse states that the Word is the primal reality, always with God and being God; it reveals a unity of divine presence and the creative power within.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the opening of John is an invitation to consciousness. The Word is not a name outside you but the living I AM you awaken as. In the beginning denotes the timeless nature of your awareness, not a past event. The Word was with God—your inner word walks with the Divine in the sanctuary of your mind. The Word was God—the Word itself is God when expressed through you. This is the practical truth: the Word within you is the force by which all things are formed. When you know yourself as the Word, you are no longer subject to appearances; you are the creator, the sender and the signal. Sit quietly and hold the conviction that you are the Word in union with God, and let your thoughts, feelings, and words align with that reality. If fear or lack arises, revise: 'I am the Word; I am with God; I am God now.' Let that sentiment flood every nerve and rewrite your sense of the possible.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, rest in the I AM, and silently repeat, 'I am the Word, I am with God, I am God' until it feels true. Then envision a luminous Word-light blossoming from your chest, guiding your thoughts and shaping your world as you move through the day.
