Joel 3:14 speaks of multitudes in the valley of decision, yet in Neville's reading the valley is a state of consciousness where many thoughts converge at the edge of a choice. The multitudes are the many moves of your inner self— fears, desires, memories— gathered at the brink of a decision you have not fully embraced. The day of the LORD is not a distant judgment; it is the dawning awareness that the I AM, your true self, is all there is. When you stop seeking change outside and begin to assume the state you wish to inhabit, you place the inner stone in the valley and the river of fear flows away, because you are choosing from the certainty that you are already that which you seek. The moment you revise your inner atmosphere and feel it real now, the outer scene shifts to reflect that revised state. You stand in the valley of decision, not as a victim of fate, but as the sovereign manager of consciousness, recognizing that imagination is the inward cause of every outward effect.
