Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Joel 2:28-30 speaks of God's Spirit poured on all flesh, enabling prophecy, dreams, and visions. It also speaks of wonders in heaven and earth.
Neville's Inner Vision
Viewed through the I AM, this passage is not about someday-tangible changes in the weather of the world, but about the shift of your inner weather. The 'outpouring' is the flood of awareness flooding your entire being, touching the 'sons and daughters' within—the inner voices that prophesy, dream, and envision. When you accept that Spirit is poured upon you now, the outer events are merely the echo in your conscious field of what you have already believed and imagined. The 'wonders in the heavens and the earth' are the dramatic inner phenomena that appear when your assumed state governs your experience; blood, fire, pillars of smoke are symbols of intense inner movement: old patterns dissolving, new inspirations rising, old limitations burning away. Your task is to dwell in the feeling that this outpouring is continuous, that your mind is saturated with the I AM. Practically, you must align your inner state with the finished condition and let your imagination converse with reality. This is not submission to fate but the creation of fate by states of consciousness you inhabit.
Practice This Now
Sit in stillness and declare 'I AM poured out upon me now.' Then feel the inner landscape rearrange to reflect that state and notice a single inner vision or dream arising.
