Weaving Time, Weaving Hope

Job 7:6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Job 7 in context

Scripture Focus

6My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, and are spent without hope.
Job 7:6

Biblical Context

Job 7:6 speaks of days racing by like a weaver's shuttle, and the speaker's sense of living without hope.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your old Job is not about external time but about your inner clock. The shuttle of a weaver in the verse is the movement of consciousness, the rapid passing of thoughts that say, 'no hope.' Remember that God is I AM, the awareness that never leaves, and imagination is the instrument you use to convert possibility into actuality. If you decide that your awareness is the author of days, you can revise the stream now. Assume a new memory, not as a wish future, but as a present fact: 'I am the I AM, and my days are purposeful; hope is my present state.' As you dwell in that state, the outer events begin to respond, not by force but by alignment, because imagination creates reality. When you feel the reality of your chosen state, the shuttle slows, and your life is woven with intention rather than accident.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled: 'I AM the author of my days.' Then imagine a golden shuttle weaving light through your life, inviting hope to rise and guide your steps.
