The Turned Path Within
Job 6:18 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
The verse states that the paths of the unfaithful are turned aside, leading to nothing and perishing.
Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, Job speaks not of distant lands but of the inner traffic of your own mind. The paths described are states of consciousness you adopt by attention and belief. When you cling to a notion that a chosen path will fail or yield nothing, you turn your inner road aside and consequently live from a sense of emptiness that seems to perish. The line invites you to watch the movement of thought and feel where you have given your energy to hopeless directions. The remedy is not external to be summoned but an inward turning toward the I AM that you truly are. If you assume that you are the creator and that your life is shaped by the quality of your inner life, your path reorients. Revise the idea of lack to the conviction of abundance, revise the idea of danger to the awareness of divine order, and feel the reality of I AM as your permanent reference. Then the outward world will reflect that inner turn, and the sense of nothingness will dissolve into wholeness and purpose.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit quietly and declare I am the I AM, the director of my life. Revise now that the current path leads nowhere by imagining it transformed into a radiant, meaningful direction.
