Biblical Context
Job 37:12–13 speaks of the weather being turned by divine counsels; the external world reflects God’s guidance, correction, or mercy.
Neville's Inner Vision
The weather you see in Job is the outward sign of inner governance. When it is turned about by his counsels, imagine every gust and cloud as the mind’s reply to your inward decisions. The world’s weather becomes a mirror of your state: as you assume a steadiness aligned with the I AM, the outer scenes bend to that inner decree. The 'counsels' are not distant judgments but the quiet perceptions of consciousness shaping form. For correction, they urge release of fear and a choice of faith, inviting you to re-see a situation with the conviction that you already possess what you seek. For mercy or restoration, they reveal the abundance already resident in your Being. The outer earth yields to the inner change; events move according to your inner decree, and your role is to dwell in the answer now, not chase it later. By recognizing you are the scene-maker, you invite grace.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the I AM has turned the weather of your life toward the outcome you desire; feel it as already done, then revise a current difficulty into a scene where mercy flows. Do this daily until the storm of your day yields to a calm you feel inside.
