Biblical Context
Job 35:14–16 speaks of a judgment that stands before God, urging trust in the I AM even when appearances deny it. It also warns that anger and empty speech arise when one forgets this inner order.
Neville's Inner Vision
In this reading, 'before Him' is not a courtroom in the heavens but the inner witness you live by. The I AM is the perpetual observer, the one who already sees your life as you choose it. When you say you shall not see Him, you are merely announcing a state you think currently true; yet that judgment is already present in your consciousness, inviting you to revise. Anger arrives when you forget that you are never apart from the I AM, and its great extremity speaks more of old habit than of reality. Words spoken in vain come from a mind tempted to prove separation; they reveal a lack of alignment, not the truth. Return your attention to the one inner courtroom where all things are settled by choice. Assume the state you desire, imagine the life you want as already complete, and let trust replace fear. The inner judge becomes your ally, guiding your thoughts to harmony with the I AM, so your world naturally follows.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: In a quiet moment, assume the state you desire—see the inner court recognizing your wholeness—and repeat, 'I am seen by the I AM now; my judgments and fears dissolve as I stand in the light of my true being.'
