Biblical Context

Job 28:25-27 speaks of God weighing the winds and measuring the waters, then decreeing rain and lightning. It points to an inner order behind creation that we can learn to access in consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this text, the weights and measures are not external weather alone but your inner temperature and charge. The winds you weigh are the fluctuating thoughts that drift through your mind; the waters you measure are the rising and receding feelings you permit to pass. When the Lord makes a decree for the rain and provides a way for thunder, He is naming the law by which your life is shaped: the power of imagination to ordering the events you experience. To see it, to declare it, is to acknowledge that the decree already exists in your consciousness; to prepare it and search it out is to bring your inner knowing into alignment with reality. The act of seeing and declaring is the moment you convert intention into form; it is Providence made practical, a daily practice of trust in the I AM that never fails to respond to faithful assumption. Thus wisdom and discernment become your tool, guiding you to notice how your inner weather foretells your outer world, and how faithfulness to the inner decree invites order and gentleness into life.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state of the wish fulfilled as already present; feel it-real by dwelling in that assurance and declaring, "It is done".
