Inner Decree Of Creation

Job 28:23-27 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Job 28 in context

Scripture Focus

23God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
24For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
25To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
26When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:
27Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out.
Job 28:23-27

Biblical Context

God understands the way and place of creation, looks to the ends of the earth, weighs the winds and waters, decrees rain and thunder, and then declares and has prepared it.

Neville's Inner Vision

Job 28:23-27 reveals the I AM at work in you: the inner God who understands the way and knows the place of all that arises. It teaches that the ends of the earth and the heaven above are the reach of your own awareness. The winds and waters, the rain and thunder, are the movements of your state, weighed and measured by your attention. When the decree is made in consciousness, it is seen, declared, and prepared within, long before it appears outwardly. Thus, in Neville’s practice, you do not chase signs; you become the decree. Your awareness already knows the pattern and fixes the outcome in advance. By assuming the end and feeling it real, you align with the moment when the plan is prepared and sent forth. Persist in that inner certainty, and the outer scene follows the inner decree.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, declare silently, I AM the decree; I know the way. Feel the end as already achieved for 1–2 minutes.
