Inner Wisdom Beyond Wealth
Job 28:1-28 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Job 28 shows that earthly wealth is mined and measured, but true wisdom remains hidden from wealth. It declares that the fear of the LORD is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding.
Neville's Inner Vision
Wisdom here is not to be chased in the mining of earth but discovered in the state of awareness you assume. The verse asks where wisdom may be found, and answers that the price cannot be paid with gold, nor found in the land of the living. The 'weight for the winds' is the inner measure of your thoughts; God understands the way thereof because He looks to the ends of the earth—your entire inner life. In Neville's terms, imagination is the solvent that reveals the hidden gems. If you assume the feeling of the fear of the LORD—reverent attention, ethical alignment, and trust that your I AM knows the path—then instinct and discernment awaken. The outward world answers from that inner state: wealth becomes secondary, disturbance yields to order, and light shines on what was hidden. To depart from evil is understanding, i.e., to leave behind false images and live from the truth of your divine state.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the awareness through which wisdom orders my world.' Then revise any belief that wealth or status defines me; feel the certainty that the fear of the LORD is my present wisdom and guides every choice.
