Inner Vindication Now

Job 23:6-7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Job 23 in context

Scripture Focus

6Will he plead against me with his great power? No; but he would put strength in me.
7There the righteous might dispute with him; so should I be delivered for ever from my judge.
Job 23:6-7

Biblical Context

Job wonders whether God will plead with him by power. He finds that true help comes as inner strength, and the righteous can dispute with the divine judge, leading to deliverance.

Neville's Inner Vision

Job 23:6-7, seen through the I AM, reveals not a courtroom opponent but the affirming presence of God within. The 'great power' is the vibration of belief that makes you feel small before circumstance; the real fight occurs in the mind, where you either assent to limitation or assert the power and mercy of your own consciousness. When Job says God would put strength in me, he is naming the fact that God is the life and energy you already are; you are not at the mercy of an external judge but sustained by the inner light that cannot be overpowered. 'There the righteous might dispute with him' points to the inner council of your true self, the I AM, which refuses to concede to appearances. As you dwell in that inner court, you discover that your deliverance is not a future event bestowed by power outside you, but a present realization: you are forever delivered from the sense of judgment because you stand in the strength of God within. The imagined external verdict dissolves when you identify with the indwelling I AM rather than with trial and fear.

Practice This Now

For five minutes, assume you are already vindicated by the I AM. Feel the inner strength moving through you and declare, 'I am delivered by God within me.'
