Turning Night Into Day Within
Job 17:12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Job presents an inner condition where darkness pretends to be light, turning night into day, yet true illumination remains brief when darkness lingers.
Neville's Inner Vision
From this verse I see that the so-called night and day are states of consciousness, not external events. When I identify with fear, lack, or limitation, I invert light and call the darkness the day. But the I AM—awareness itself—is the unchanging light; it does not depart, only my vision does. The true interpretation is that light is constant and my attention to it fades when I yield to thoughts of scarcity. By choosing a new assumption, I reverse the spell: I declare that the light of my awareness is always present, that Providence guides me through every moment, and that truth and faithfulness are my inner posture. Imagination creates my experience, so I revise the scene until the desired state is felt as real now. Renewal follows when I hold this inner posture long enough for it to reinterpret outward events. The day returns not by changing the world first, but by awakening to the I AM and dwelling there.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit quietly, close your eyes, and assume the day is already here. Feel the light within and affirm that I AM the light, so darkness dissolves as you wake to your inner truth.
