Read Jeremiah 8 in context

Scripture Focus

20The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.
Jeremiah 8:20

Biblical Context

The harvest is past, the summer is ended; the verse expresses a sense that opportunity for salvation has passed. It points to an inner season that feels finished before realization.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the harvest and the summer are not distant lands but inner states. When you say, 'we are not saved,' you declare a season has passed and thus close the door to present transformation. Yet salvation is not a rescue from without; it is the recognition of the I AM within you, the everlasting awareness that creates through imagination. The harvest is never truly past for the man or woman who can assume a new end and feel it real. In your imagination, insist, 'I am saved now,' and dwell in the felt sense of wholeness. As you revise the memory of lack into a present possession, the season of lack dissolves and a fresh harvest begins in your consciousness. The past is a memory; you can rewrite it by dwelling in the end you desire. The 'not saved' becomes an invitation to awaken to your own I AM.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, affirm 'I am saved now' and feel the relief as if it is already real. Repeat daily, stepping into the present harvest of your I AM.
