To apply, you do not seek to conquer a person or place, but to revise your sense of self; you assume the feeling that the inner decree has already settled the issue. When you persist in this assumption, the outer events align with your inner state, even when appearances indicate otherwise. The moment you accept the Lord's word as your own I AM, you stop bargaining with fear and begin inaugurating a new dominion of peace and provision.
