The Inner King Arrives

Jeremiah 46:17-18 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Jeremiah 46 in context

Scripture Focus

17They did cry there, Pharaoh king of Egypt is but a noise; he hath passed the time appointed.
18As I live, saith the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so shall he come.
Jeremiah 46:17-18

Biblical Context

The verse contrasts the loud, passing cries of worldly power with the coming of the true King. It invites the reader to recognize the inner ruler and expect its manifestation in consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Pharaoh’s cry is the old memory of limitation—an outward noise that your senses cling to, telling you this is as far as you can go. Jeremiah shows you that this sound is only a passing echo of the past. The living I AM, the King whose name is the LORD of hosts, testifies to a different order: a reality so firm that, as surely as Tab or Carmel, the King will come. When you align with that reality in consciousness, you do not wait for some external event—you become the event. The 'time appointed' is the moment you surrender the false sense of time and assume the already-arrived reign of the inner King. Your true leadership is not a conquest of others but a conversion of your inner state; you choose to dwell in the I AM, and every scene in your life rearranges to reflect that royal rule. The outer is but the echo; the inner King is constant, and his coming is now, here, in you.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Assume the King now and feel it real. Close your eyes, affirm 'I AM the King within,' and visualize the Inner King stepping into your day with clear seeing and calm authority.
