Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Jeremiah 43:9 instructs taking large stones and hiding them in clay at the entrance of Pharaoh's house, in full view of the men of Judah. It is a symbolic act foretelling judgment and the return of the exiles.
Neville's Inner Vision
To Neville, this verse is a map of consciousness, not geography. The stones you carry are unyielding truths you intend to bring into form. The clay is your current conditions—the tactile, resistant felt layer of habit, fear, and doubt—where you bury these truths so they seem hidden from ordinary sight. The brickkiln at the entrance of Pharaoh’s house is the gate of your ego—the threshold where the outer world appears to govern your life. By sinking the stones into the clay, you acknowledge that the end you desire has already begun in your imagination, and you honor the process of forming it into outward experience. Judah’s presence in the viewers of the act is your inner witness—your I AM waking, watching you perform the act of belief. The exile is a state of consciousness you acknowledge but do not concede to; the return is the natural harvest when you persist in assuming the state of fulfillment. The act is not punishment but proof that your state rules your world. Your task is to imagine the stones already in place and to feel the end as real now.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, imagine a pack of great stones in your hand. Place them into the clay at the gate of your mind, then feel and affirm that the end-state is already real.
