To the cry you voiced, realize now that the heaven and the earth are not external upsets but the product of your inner state. God, the I AM within, is the decree you repeat and the power you feel. The great power and stretched-out arm are the steady consciousness that moves in you, ordering your experience according to your assumption. When you accept that nothing is too hard for the God within, you align with the creator who never stops creating through your awareness. The world you see reflects the feeling you hold as true; fear, doubt, or struggle are simply misidentifications of your state of consciousness. Change the state, and you change the scene. Believe firmly that the I AM is omnipotent in you, here and now, and let images of order, provision, and guidance flow from that awareness. The verse invites you to rest in the certainty of your inner sovereignty, and in that rest you discover that all difficulty yields to the imaginative act of believing.
