To Neville's ear, the whirlwind of the LORD is the storm of consciousness within you. In the last days you will understand that every event is a signpost of your state, and you will no longer blame outer conditions but rejoice that your own inner power is delivering its perfect answer. Thus the decree of justice becomes a chorus of alignment: you are becoming what you already intend in consciousness.
