Beloved, Elasah and Gemariah are faculties of your own consciousness—memory, discernment, and obedience—entrusted by your I AM to bear a decree into the Babylon of your present circumstance. The outer king and his envoy symbolize the state your mind is in as you receive the signal that a shift is commanded. Exile is not punishment but a mental quarantine for refining the decree you carry: you are not waiting for something to happen; you are issuing a decree that makes it so. When you accept that the messenger works by your vibration, you transform judgment into accountability: you judge not the world, but correct the image you hold within. Return comes not by chance but by the inner assumption becoming tangible in form. The verse invites you to stop seeking permission outside and begin acting as the I AM that speaks through the messenger within.
