19For thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city,
20Which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took not, when he carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah from Jerusalem to Babylon, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem;
21Yea, thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that remain in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem;
Jeremiah 27:19-21

Biblical Context

Jeremiah 27:19–21 notes that pillars, the sea, bases, and other vessels remain in the house of the LORD even as Nebuchadnezzar carries away many. A remnant endures within the Lord's temple.

Neville's Inner Vision

Jeremiah’s vessels become states of consciousness. The pillars and the sea are the supports and flows of awareness; the bases ground your self-relationship; the vessels are the preserved qualities in your inner temple. Exile signals outward change, but the LORD’s keeping points to the core of your I AM that endures. The remnant that remains is the part of you that does not abandon its sacred center when life reshapes itself. Do not fear loss; shift attention to inner continuity. By honoring these vessels, you affirm that experience is created by inner state, not outer takeaways. The inner temple survives as long as you remain conscious of it, and imagination preserves what you intend to be real, here and now.

Practice This Now

Assume the sacred remains within you. Feel the I AM restoring harmony there.
