Read Jeremiah 23 in context

Scripture Focus

5Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
Jeremiah 23:5

Biblical Context

God promises to raise a righteous Branch from David, a king who will reign prosperously and judge with justice on the earth.

Neville's Inner Vision

To the inner believer within me, this word is not about a distant line of kings but the governance of my own consciousness. The days come marks a turning of attention to the I AM as my throne. The righteous Branch is a state of right discernment growing from the root of David—the living memory of divine royalty within me. My King is not a man but an inner being who reigns over fear, doubt, and delay; he prospers when I align my attention with the I AM and permit justice to guide my decisions. Execute judgment and justice in the earth means that in my world my thoughts, choices, and actions reflect truth and balance, not ego. As I dwell in the assumption—feeling the wish fulfilled—I invite this king to reign now. The events of my life arrange themselves under the sovereignty of this inner government; as I imagine this Branch ruling within, outward conditions become more harmonious, decisions clearer, and life steadier, all arising from inner alignment with God within.

Practice This Now

Sit quietly and assume I AM sits on your throne, reigning now, and revise one situation to feel it real as if the Branch governs your life with justice.
