Inner City of Righteous Kings
Jeremiah 22:3-9 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Jeremiah 22 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God commands justice and protection of the vulnerable; faithful conduct brings prosperity, while turning away from covenant leads to desolation.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your life is an inner city; the LORD speaks through the consciousness I AM. The command to execute judgment and righteousness asks you to align every vibrational habit with truth. The spoiled and the oppressed are not beings apart but memories and habits within you; deliver them from the oppressor by refusing to dwell in fear, blame, or violence in your inner image. When you truly live this way, doors open: the gates of your inner temple admit kings to sit on the throne of David, with your own thoughts and feelings serving you in harmony. This is not about history but about your present state of awareness: keep covenant with the I AM and you shall prosper; neglect it and the inner house becomes a wilderness, its cedars burned by fear, its cities scattered in mind. People will pass by and wonder why such a great city suffered; answer simply, you forgot the covenant and worshipped other gods of lack, fear, or separation. Return to the covenant within and your inner city will be restored.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Close your eyes and assume you are ruler of this inner city. See the gates open, the king seated upon the throne of David, and feel the covenant alive in your chest; revise any fear or lack until it feels real.
