Biblical Context
Jeremiah 18:9 speaks of a moment when God speaks about building and planting a nation or kingdom.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within you, 'God' is the I AM, the awareness that can decree a nation into existence. When Jeremiah speaks of speaking concerning a nation, he is describing the inner act of attention—the moment your I AM turns toward a condition and declares it as possible. A nation or kingdom is simply a harmony of thought, a settled state of consciousness. To build and to plant is to set up an inner pattern, a garden of beliefs and feelings through which life can take form. The instant you hear that inner voice naming a greater order, you are invited to cooperate by assuming the state that already possesses what you seek. Do not seek outward signs; rather assume the end and feel the reality of the kingdom arriving, little or large, according to your persistent consciousness. Your external world follows your inner decree; therefore, revise any contrary scene by returning to the conviction that the vision is already established in the I AM. The kingdom begins within you, and your life follows.
Practice This Now
Assume the feeling that you are now the builder and planter of a thriving situation; stay with the end result until it feels real, then observe the outer signs aligning with your inner decree.
