Inner Conspiracy, Inner Covenant

Jeremiah 11:9-10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Jeremiah 11 in context

Scripture Focus

9And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
10They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.
Jeremiah 11:9-10

Biblical Context

Jeremiah speaks of a conspiracy in Judah and Jerusalem, a turning back to old idols and breaking the covenant.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within Jeremiah's lament, you hear the echo of a secret council whispering in the chambers of your own consciousness. The people turn to other gods - images of fear, scarcity, or approval - and forget that God is the I AM you awaken to when you refuse the old thoughts. The conspiracy is not out there; it is the habit of the old forefathers you still carry as if you needed them for your safety. This is where the true covenant shatters or stands. When you identify with the universal I AM, the inner allegiance shifts from dependency on recognized symbols to belonging to a living, present awareness. The other gods are beliefs that bind you to separation, lack, or struggle; your task is to revise them by recognizing you already live under the one covenant of love, now. The moment you imagine yourself faithful to that I AM, the outer signs align with a new inner state. The verse invites you to awaken from sleep and claim your unity with God within.

Practice This Now

Assume right now that you are in covenant with the I AM; revise any belief in external powers and feel that your true loyalty is to one living God within.
