Read Isaiah 65 in context

Scripture Focus

18But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
Isaiah 65:18

Biblical Context

The verse invites you to be glad and rejoice forever in what God creates. It pictures Jerusalem as a rejoicing city and its people as perpetual joy.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the words are not about places out there but states of consciousness within. Be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create—for I am the I AM that creates and sustains order. Jerusalem is your inner state of harmony, the alignment of thoughts that yields peace, joy, and abundance. When you identify with this inner creation, you awaken as the joyous consciousness that already exists in God’s plan. The I create is your imaginative act: you form the conditions by which life feels joyous. Your people are not separate beings but the content of your mental atmosphere—joy personified as the result of that inner state. The promise of eternal gladness is a present-feeling, not a distant event. So throughout the day, affirm that your world is the city of God’s delight and that you, within, are its joyous citizen. By dwelling in that mood, you bring forth a life that matches the created order; you live from the end and watch events align.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume, 'I am the joy Jerusalem creates in me.' Revise any doubt into certainty that this inner city rejoices now; breathe until the feeling is real.
