Read Isaiah 65 in context

Scripture Focus

17For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
Isaiah 65:17-19

Biblical Context

Isaiah 65:17-19 speaks of a new creation where the past fades and Jerusalem becomes a source of joy and peace.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, this passage invites you to recognize a transformation not outside you but within your own I AM. New heavens and a new earth means a renewal of your state of consciousness; the former things are not remembered because you no longer identify with them. The Jerusalem created in God's sight is your inner city — a disposition of joy, peace, and praise. When you say I rejoice in what I create, you are not begging for permission; you are declaring the end and stepping into it by imagination. The voice of weeping dissolves as you refuse to give life to yesterday’s fears and doubts. God rejoices in you because you are now the container of harmony you seek. Practice is to assume one dominant feeling: the joy that this new earth already exists within you. With every revision, you align more closely with the state that cannot be rivaled by circumstance, until your experience mirrors the verse: no memory of the old, only rejoicing in what you have become.

Practice This Now

Tonight, close your eyes and enter the inner city of Jerusalem. Repeat I AM the Jerusalem within me; feel the joy of the new heavens and earth as your present reality.
