The cure is shift in state: acknowledge you are always led by the I AM, and let the Spirit guide your thoughts and feelings. By imagining yourself living in cooperation with this inner guidance, the imagined battle softens and ultimately dissolves. The “enemy” you fight is the memory of insisting on control; once you yield, you experience the unity of will and Spirit and feel a luminous harmony permeate your being.
