The moment you treat this as done—in imagination and feeling—you shift your entire life toward the outward manifestation. The verse does not plead from poverty; it commands the inner governor to press the work to completion until perception itself confirms the city is real. Practice with attention: dwell in the feeling of the city as if it were now; allow events in your day to reflect the inner order. You are teaching your system to accept a new standard of being: Jerusalem is praise, and praise is the earth's establishment.
